Product Guarantee

When choosing our Collection the best of care goes into sourcing suitable pieces for you to enjoy for a reasonable amount of time.

Under our guarantee, faulty items that meet our conditions of care and use will be repaired, replaced or a credit will be issued at The Jewel Company’s discretion.

Please note that the guarantee does not cover faults arising from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or mistreatment
  • Changes to the original design
  • Damage caused by perfume, hairspray, chlorine or salt water, or other agents

For any claim to be made the item must be sent directly to our head office in Tauranga, New Zealand. The Item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and returned within 12 months of the date of purchase. Our Consultants are not authorized to accept returns.

How do I care for my jewellery?

The Jewel Company takes pride in the fact that our jewellery is guaranteed to be of the best quality.
As with all fashion items your new Jewels need to be treated with care. Do not subject your new Jewels to salt water, chlorine, detergents, perfume or hair spray.

To ensure you get the best from your new Jewels, treat them with the same care that you would any special item of clothing.
